HOUSTON, TEXAS Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Caza" or the "Company") (TSX: CAZ) (AIM: CAZA) was notified on 29 June 2010 by Millennium Global Investments Ltd. that following the disposal of 875,000 Caza common shares of no par value ("Shares"), Millennium Global Investments Ltd. now controls 14,625,000 Shares, representing 12.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, which are registered as follows:
