Pathfinder Minerals has been advised by Mr Timothy Baldwin that, as a result of a sale of shares by his pension fund on 25 October 2012, his interest in the Company's share capital has fallen below 11 per cent. Mr Baldwin is now interested in 110,428,316 ordinary shares, representing 10.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
