Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 7 April 2008 that following a transaction on 4 April 2008 Lloyds TSB Group PLC has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 23,119,057 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 3.52% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
