Focus Investments, a subsidiary of J&E Davy Holdings, have advised Total Produce in Form TR-I received today that, resulting from a passive crossing on 28th May 2012 due to the takeover of Bloxham Stockbrokers, they held 11,368,294 ordinary shares with direct voting rights attached on behalf of Irish Life Assurance, New Ireland Assurance, Skyline Umbrella Fund and Focus Funds plc, discretionary clients of Focus Investments. This holding represents 3.45% of the issued share capital of the company, excluding Treasury Shares.
