30 November 2012 Suretrack Monitoring plc ("Suretrack" or the "Company") Holdings in Company
Further to the announcement made on 26 October 2012 regarding the disposal of Sure-Track Europe Limited ("Sure-Track Europe"), Suretrack Monitoring plc has been informed that Mr Terry Tyrrell remains beneficially interested in a total of 69,185,714 ordinary shares but that his holding has increased to 11.18 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital. Mr Tyrell's holding includes ordinary shares held beneficially via his SIPP provider, Alliance Trust Savings Limited.
