The Company was notified on 14 April 2011 that on 5 April 2011 JM Finn and Co Ltd increased their interest to 2,599,675 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 13.14% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified on 14 April 2011 that on 12 April 2011 JM Finn and Co Ltd decreased their interest to 2,567,975 ordinary shares representing 12.98% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
