Mincon has been advised by Setanta Asset Management Limited, in a notification received on 13 June 2016, that as of 9 June 2016, they held 28,466,213 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each in the Company, representing 13.52%* of the issued share capital of the Company.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 210,541,102 ordinary shares.
