Holdings in Company
On 2 May 2011, the Company was notified that on 14 April 2011 BFG Investments Group Limited ("BFG"), a company which is wholly owned by Andre Stewart, purchased 138,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.29% of the Company's issued share capital at a price of 35.5p per Ordinary Share.
BFG now holds 5,638,000 Ordinary Shares representing 11.85% of the Company's issued share capital.
This purchase is in accordance with Note 11 to Rule 9.1 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code") and accordingly neither BFG nor Andre Stewart will be obliged to make a mandatory offer for the remaining Ordinary Shares under Rule 9 of the Code.
