MorganSecurities Inc. and JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited has a combined directand indirect holding over 19,906,147 ordinary shares in the capital of theCompany representing 9.73% of the voting rights in and the issued share capitalof the Company. 9,022,911 ordinary shares are held directly representing 4.41%of the voting rights in and the issued share capital of the Company. 10,883,236shares are held indirectly representing 5.32% of the voting rights in and theissued share capital of the Company.
