Notification of major shareholding
TMT Investments PLC (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies across a number of core specialist sectors, has been notified that Mr Andrey Kareev now has a beneficial holding of 5,000,000 TMT ordinary shares representing 17.13% of the Company's total voting rights. Mr Kareev's interest arises through the recent change in ownership of Wissey Trade & Invest Limited, a long term shareholder of TMT.
This announcement is inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
