TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 7 October 2008 from Deutsche Bank AG under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of a disposal of voting rights on 6 October 2008 such that Deutsche Bank AG and Tilney Investment Management no longer have a notifiable interest in ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Shares")
This follows the previous announcement on 7 October 2008 of a total interest by Deutsche Bank AG of 11,889,941 Shares (5.30%).
