Purchase of Shares by Significant Shareholder
Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Steppe Cement Ltd ("the Company") advises that an interest controlled by significant shareholder Azmi Wan Hamzah purchased 800,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 24 October 2011 at £0.3395 per share.
Following this transaction, Azmi Wan Hamzah's interest in the Company increased from 29,694,416 shares to 30,494,416 shares, representing 17.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company's Nominated Adviser is RFC Corporate Finance Ltd.
