The Board of Immedia Group plc (AIM: IME), the UK's leading provider of in-store radio, music and video, has been informed that, following the purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 27 April 2010 and a further purchase of 47,843 Ordinary Shares today, Immedia Broadcasting Trustees Limited is interested in 672,697 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.62 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
