Braemar Shipping Services plc (the "Company")
Purchase by Employee Share Trust
The Company has been notified that the Braemar Shipping Services plc Employee Share Option
Plan (the "ESOP") acquired 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 8 July 2008 at a price
of 491 pence per share. Accordingly, the ESOP now holds 662,814 ordinary shares in
Braemar Shipping Services plc, representing 3.16 per cent. of the Company's current issued
ordinary share capital.
