Public Service Properties Inv Ltd12 December 2007 12 December 2007For Immediate Release Public Service Properties Investments Limited (the "Company") Holding in Company This notice of disclosure of interests in the ordinary shares of the Company(the "Ordinary Shares") is made pursuant to 5.1.2R of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules adopted by the Financial Services Authority, on behalf of TheLiverpool Limited Partnership ("Liverpool") and Elliott International, L.P. ("Elliott International"). The Company has been informed that on 6 December 2007 Liverpool purchased200,000 Ordinary Shares and Elliott International purchased 300,000 OrdinaryShares. The Company has further been informed that on 10 December 2007 Liverpoolpurchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares and Elliott International purchased 300,000Ordinary Shares. Immediately after these purchases, the following entities heldthe following interests in the Company: Name Interests being DisclosedElliott International, L.P. 7,380,000 Ordinary SharesThe Liverpool Limited Partnership 4,920,000 Ordinary Shares Immediately following the purchases, Elliott International and Liverpool held anaggregate of 12,300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, and the purchases hasincreased the aggregate holding of Elliott International and Liverpool beyondthe threshold of 18 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company.
