Ofthe APLP Shares, Artisan International Fund was interested in 46,381,324ordinary shares ("Fund Shares"). (b) We believe that the Relevant Shares represented approximately 3.05%of the total issued share capital of the Company as of August 3, 2006. (d) In addition, Artisan Investment Corporation, Andrew A. Ziegler, andCarlene M. Ziegler, have a notifiable interest in the Relevant Shares by virtueof Section 203(3) of the Act; (e) So far as we are aware as at the date of this notice, none of theRelevant Shares comprise an interesting falling within Section 208(5) of theAct. (f) This notification is given in fulfilment of the obligations of eachof Artisan Partners Limited Partnership, Artisan Investment Corporation, AndrewA. Ziegler, Carlene M.
