The Company was notified on 19 July 2010 that, following the cancellation of 70,000 its ordinary shares in issue, Hargreave Hale Limited's holding of 730,000 ordinary shares in Savile, now represents approximately 5.01 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company. There is no change to the number of shares held by Hargreave Hale Limited in the Company.
