Harbinger Increases Interest in Company
Sable Mining, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 1 March 2010 that as of 22 February 2010 the shareholding of Harbinger Capital Partners LLC ('Harbinger'), as the investment adviser to Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund I, has increased from 17.11% to 18.03% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company, as a result of the acquisition of 2,850,000 shares in the capital of the Company by Harbinger.
