("GS"), on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiariesGoldman Sachs & Co. and Goldman Sachs International, informed the Company on 5October 2005, that as at the close of business on 29 September 2005, it had aninterest in 4,693,188 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares"). This holding represents 5.62 per cent. of the Company's issuedOrdinary Share capital.
