Wednesday, 5 May 2010 - NEOVIA FINANCIAL Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification on 5 May 2010 that as at close of business on 4 May 2010 Franklin Templeton Institutional LLC ("Franklin") had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Franklin holding a total of 13,510,580 ordinary shares representing approximately 11.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.

As at 4 May 2010, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
