On 15th April 2016 Close Brothers Asset Management purchased 334,320 shares in the aforementioned company. This brought our shareholding to 1,197,509 and 9.97% of the total available shares in issue.

On 18th April 2016 the number of shares in issue was reduced thereby increasing our overall holding to 10.11%. This is based on the shares in issue as at 19th April 2016: 11,845,879
