Vietnam Infrastructure Limited Listed Portfolio Shares
Changes to significant shareholders
Vietnam Infrastructure Limited Listed Portfolio Shares ("VNIL" or the "Company") today announces it has received notification on 27 July 2015, from Ironsides Partners LLC that in aggregate, its funds hold 82,491,350 Listed Portfolio Shares, equivalent to 23.55 percent of the voting rights in the Company.
