Further to the announcement made by bwin.party digital entertainment plc ("bwin.party") on 31 October 2013 regarding certain divestiture arrangements, Peter C Montegriffo became the trustee of both the Emerald Trust and the Stinson Trust on 27 November 2013, and was thereby entitled to exercise the voting rights attaching to the shares in bwin.party held by Emerald Bay Limited and Stinson Ridge Limited. Peter C Montegriffo was replaced on 27 January 2014 as the Trustee of the Emerald Trust by Samuel Vidal Moses Cohen, and replaced as the Trustee of the Stinson Trust by Christopher Vujnovich. Ruth Monicka Parasol DeLeon and James Russell DeLeon (respectively) continue to be beneficially interested in the bwin.party shares for as long as the Emerald Trust (in the case of Ruth Monicka Parasol DeLeon) or Stinson Trust (in the case of James Russell DeLeon) continue to own the underlying bwin.party shares, but the voting rights attaching to such shares shall be exercised in the sole discretion of (respectively) the Trustee of the Emerald Trust or the Trustee of the Stinson Trust.
