On 2 November 2012 the Company purchased 6,800,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, accordingly the total issued share capital of the Company decreased from 72,771,170 shares to 65,971,170 shares (consisting of 62,678,405 Ordinary shares of 1 penny each which are admitted to trading on AIM, and 3,292,765 B shares of 1 penny each which are not admitted to trading on AIM, all shares have equal voting rights). As a result of this purchase for cancellation the Company has today been notified that:

Jim Durkin, a director of the Company continues to hold 5,722,500 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company; however his percentage holding has now increased from 7.86% to 8.67%.

Cenkos Securities Employee Benefit Trust ("the EBT") continues to hold 2,748,824 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company; however its percentage holding has now increased from 3.78% to 4.17%. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees including the executive directors of the Company.
