("GS Inc."), of 85 Broad Street,New York, NY 10004, USA, increased its total interest in the Company to23,289,074 shares representing 9.08% of the Company's issued Ordinary Sharecapital. Of these 23,289,074 shares, a) An interest in 22,479,424 shares arose from the interest held by Goldman Sachs & Co. ("GS&Co."), a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of GS Inc., acting as custodian of 5,619,856 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). These ADRs are, or will be, held at The Depositary Trust Company, New York ("DTC"). b) An interest in 359,352 shares arose from GS&Co. acting as discretionary manager and custodian of 89,838 ADRs.
