GUS PLC22 February 2005 Letter to RNS GUS plc ("GUS")has today received a notification from Barclays PLC ("Barclays"),pursuant to Sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, advising that, through thirteen legal entities named in the notification, Barclays has a notifiable interest in 40,273,877 ordinary shares in GUS (representing 4.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of GUS).
