The Company was notified on 19 June 2009 that, as at 18 June 2009, National Nominees Ltd ACF Australian Ethical Equities Trust sold 3,100,000 ordinary shares of eServGlobal. Following this transaction, the holder was interested in 9,403,875 ordinary shares of eServGlobal, representing approximately 4.78% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
