UK Mail Group plc announces that on 2 January 2014 it was notified that on 23 December 2013, Joanna Bailey transferred 3,333,333 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") held in her own name, into a joint holding with her husband, Mr Matthew Bailey at a deemed share price of nil pence per Share.

Following this transfer, Joanna's resultant shareholding remains unchanged at 3,333,333 shares, representing 6.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
