Mincon has been advised by Setanta Asset Management Limited, in a notification received on 17 February 2016, that as of 15 February 2016, they held 21,174,012 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each in the Company, representing 10.057%* of the issued share capital of the Company.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 210,541,102 ordinary shares.
