Avanti Capital PLC01 May 2007 Avanti Capital PLC ("the Company") Shareholding in the Company The Company was notified on 24th April 2007 by Mr Raymond J.R French ("MrFrench") acting in his capacity as Director and a 50% shareholder of Sky HillLimited ("SH"), that SH holds a beneficial interest in 152,500 shares in theCompany. On the same date Mr French further informed the Company, that pursuant to apurchase of 50,000 shares at 132p per share on the 23rd April 2007, Kappa AlphaLimited ("KA"), which Mr French manages and is a Director, holds 265,000 shares.These shares are registered in the name of Davy Nominees Limited. Additionally, Mr French holds 5 shares in his own name.
