Changes to significant shareholders

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI" or the "Company"), the first publicly traded fund to focus on infrastructure assets in Vietnam today announces it has received notification from Ironsides Partners LLC that in aggregate, its funds hold 20,325,000 shares, equivalent to 5.1 percent of the voting rights in the Company, as at 31 August 2012.
