MITIE Group PLC01 March 2005 MITIE Group PLC ("MITIE") Notification of substantial shareholding MITIE has today received notification that FMR Corp. and Fidelity InternationalLimited and their direct and indirect subsidiaries have notifiablenon-beneficial interests in 45,764,303 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in MITIE,which represents 15.03% of the issued share capital of MITIE. This is anincrease of 17,699 shares in their holding since their last notification.
