As a result of his recent marriage, the beneficial shareholding in the Company of Mr John Kearon, Chief Executive Officer of BrainJuicer, has increased by 13,894 shares.

Mr Kearon's total beneficial shareholding in BrainJuicer is now 3,859,996 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, representing 30.7% of the voting rights of the Company.
