The Company announces, following notification received yesterday, that following the recent placing of 7,750,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Cinpart, Mr Timothy Foster now holds a total of 11,178,749 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 14.68 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
