TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 4 March 2010 from BlackRock Inc ("BlackRock") that on 1 March 2010, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited were interested in 27,820,596 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing an indirect interest by BlackRock in 11.99% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of a decrease in voting rights below the 12% threshold from 28,211,273 shares (12.16%) announced on 25 February 2010.
