MITIE Group PLC13 April 2006 MITIE Group PLC ("MITIE") Notification of substantial shareholding On 12 April 2006, MITIE received notification that FMR Corp. and FidelityInternational Limited and their direct and indirect subsidiaries have notifiablenon-beneficial interests in 42,497,356 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in MITIE,which represents 13.76% of the issued share capital of MITIE. This is a decreaseof 1,126,850 shares in their holding since their last notification.
