The Company announces, following notification received yesterday, that Terry Tyrell is interested in a total of 36,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of SureTrack, equivalent to 5.44 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital. This holding includes ordinary shares held beneficially by his wife and via his SIPP provider, Alliance Trust Savings Limited.
