(2) An agreement has been concluded between Fayver Properties Inc (the holder of 15,224,126 shares in the issuer) and Ralkon Commercial Limited (the holder of 5,000,000 shares in the issuer) under which the parties are bound to jointly exercise their voting rights in respect of shares in the issuer.
