Homeserve Plc03 July 2006 The Company was today informed, in accordance with the provisions of Part VI ofthe Companies Act 1985, that on 30 June 2006 Standard Life Investments disposedof 214,040 shares in Homeserve plc on behalf of Standard Life Group. This hasdecreased the total number of shares held as a material interest to 1,764,017shares (2.726% of the issued shares). The total number of shares held is now2,984,776 (4.61% of the issued shares).
