Cellcast plc08 November 2006 Press Release 8 November 2006 Cellcast plc ("Cellcast" or "the Company") Strategic partner takes stake in Cellcast Cellcast plc (AIM:CLTV), the leading international provider of participationtelevision applications and interactive mobile content in the fast-growingmulti-platform digital entertainment sector, today received notification thatmTouche Technology Berhad has acquired 4.5 million ordinary shares of 3p at 10pper share representing 10.14% of the issued share capital of the Company. mTouche's CEO, Eugene Goh, said: "We view this investment as an expansion of thesuccessful joint investment we have made in Cellcast South East Asia in which weare a 50% partner. This venture has already achieved rapid traction andgenerated significant traffic in Malaysia and is moving towards a launch inThailand and Indonesia. It is seeing this strong interest from broadcasters,and the high consumer response to Cellcast's products, that has motivated us toinvest in the parent company and its proprietary technology.
