The Company announces that it has received notification that following the disposal of a total of 11,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 20th and 22nd April 2010, Cadrela Malta Limited is now interested in 33,000,000 Ordinary Shares each, representing 3.43% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
