The Company was informed on 23 October 2012 that following the purchase of 916,667 and 833,333 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company on 22 October and 23 October 2012, respectively, George Robb, and persons related to George Robb, are interested in 17,196,080 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 6.1 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
