Purchase of Shares

In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") announces that it has been informed by Harwood Capital LLP (as Investment Manager for Oryx International Growth Fund Limited and North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc) that it has purchased Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") such that its holding currently comprises 11,500,000 Shares, representing approximately 27.45% of Bioquell's issued Share capital.
