The Company was today notified that Polar Capital Partners disposed of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.148642 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 18 June 2008. Following the disposal, Polar Capital Partners has an interest of 6,997,500 Ordinary Shares representing 4.23 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Ltd.
