Holding in Company
STM Group Plc (AIM:STM), the cross border financial services provider, has been notified by the following shareholders of changes in a notifiable interest as at 13 May 2008 in the Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
Rock Holdings Limited have transferred 3,680,000 Ordinary Shares to Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited, a related company.
The shareholdings are now:

524,500 Ordinary Shares |
Both Mr Banks and Mr Chase-Gardener are connected to both Rock Holdings Limited and Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited, being the major shareholders in both companies Therefore, together Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited, Mr Banks and Mr Chase-Gardener are interested in 4,594,090 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 10.87 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
