The Board of 21st Century Technology plc (AIM: C21) has today been notified that, following recent purchases in the Company, Mr V V Shah now holds an interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company amounting to 3,300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing approximately 3.58 per cent. of the current issued share capital.

Mr Shah holds these shares in a nominee account maintained by Walker Crips Group plc.
