Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 14 May 2007 that following a transaction on 8 May 2007 AXA S.A has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 75,211,307 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 11.46% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
