The Company announces, following notification received on 25 March 2009, that following purchases on 19 February 2009, Brookwell Limited is now beneficially interested in 807,143 ordinary shares in the capital of Surface Transforms, equivalent to 4.24 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company. The shares are held via Nortrust Nominees Limited.
