MITIE Group PLC26 June 2006 MITIE Group PLC ("MITIE") Notification of substantial shareholding On 26 June 2006, MITIE received notification that FMR Corp. and FidelityInternational Limited and their direct and indirect subsidiaries have notifiablenon-beneficial interests in 42,427,896 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in MITIE,which represents 13.74% of the issued share capital of MITIE. This is a decreaseof 1,347,868 shares in their holding since their last notification.
