ROCKHOPPER EXPLORATION PLC (The 'Company')
Holdings in Company
The Company announces that it has received notification from Ignis Investment Services Limited that, as of 7 May 2010, it held 2,697,597 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which currently represents 1.54 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Ignis Investment Services Limited has a further interest in 4,000,000 Contracts For Difference ("CFDs"), which currently represents 2.29 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, however it should be noted that these CFDs do not carry any voting rights of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
